Checkout basics
At checkout, customers enter billing, shipping, contact, and payment information through the store's ecommerce checkout. Review the order carefully before payment. Product names, selected variants, quantities, shipping address, billing address, and email address should all be correct before the order is submitted.
Some products have several variant choices. MIT products require strength, flavor, and count or size selections. Bulk products may require strain and count or strength, flavor, and size. Payment confirms the submitted order details, so checking the cart before purchase is the best way to prevent variant mistakes.
Payment review
Orders may be reviewed for payment status, fraud indicators, address issues, inventory, shipping eligibility, or product restrictions. If an order cannot be processed, Kratom Paradise may contact the customer, cancel the order, or issue a refund depending on the situation. Payment authorization does not always mean an order is ready to ship.
If a payment appears pending, failed, duplicated, or unclear, contact support@kratomparadise.com with the order number and checkout email. Do not send full payment card details by email. Support can review store-side order information and advise on the next step without collecting unnecessary sensitive payment information.
Billing details
Billing information should match the payment method and account holder information where required by the payment provider. Incorrect billing details can lead to payment failure, review, or cancellation. Shipping and billing addresses may be different, but both should be accurate and complete.
Receipts, order confirmations, and tracking updates are usually sent to the email address entered at checkout. If the email address is mistyped, the customer may not receive updates. If you think you entered the wrong email, contact support quickly with your name, shipping address, and any order details you have.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method when possible. The time it takes for funds to appear can vary by bank, card issuer, payment provider, and processing status. Kratom Paradise can confirm when a refund was processed from the store side, but the receiving bank controls final posting timing.
For billing questions, include the order number, checkout email, and a concise description of the issue. Clear information helps support review the correct transaction. Payment and billing questions are best handled by email so there is a written record of the request and response.
